Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program with Sandy Williams

Program Dates: Wednesdays Oct. 15th to Dec. 3rd 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. Full day: Saturday Nov. 22nd 9:30 to 3:30 p.m. Location: Subud Ottawa 357 Wilmont Ave. Transit Churchill/Scott

Cost: $595.00 (Includes 2 compact discs, reading material and a pre- and post-program individual interview)
Supplementary health insurance may apply as Sandy is a registered social worker supervised by a psychologist.
