Warm hello and welcome to the Ottawa Mindfulness Website.  Thank you for your interest in our site. Our intentions with the site are to provide:  

  • Information and support for anyone interested inknowing more about mindfulness practices for daily living, stress reduction, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
  • A means of building community with like-minded individuals who are pursuing a deeper awareness of themselves as unique individuals and as part of a collective who affects one another.
  • Resources and information about mindfulness based stress reduction programs, counseling and psychotherapy based on a mindfulness approach in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
  • Resources and information about events that support mindfulness practice and conscious living, such as drop-in programs, day-long retreats, workshops,etc.
  • A home base for the Ottawa Mindfulness Newsletter, a collection of inspirational writings and information written and produced by local mindfulness practitioners.
